Gambian forward Alasana Yirajang has attracted concrete interest from Italian Serie A club US Lecce, with ongoing club-to-club negotiations underway over a potential permanent transfer from Slovak champions SK Slovan Bratislava, Footy-Africa can exclusively confirm.
The 21-year-old Scorpions forward has made an impressive start to the new campaign, scoring three goals and providing one assist in his first eight appearances across all competitions.
His form has now caught the attention of Lecce, who are exploring the possibility of bringing the Gambian to Italy before the close of the transfer window.

Yirajang joined Slovan Bratislava in June 2025 from fellow Slovakian side FK Železiarne Podbrezová. Since arriving at the club, he has played an important role in their success, helping Slovan secure both the Slovak league title and the league cup.
The forward remains under contract with the Slovak champions until June 2030, giving the club a strong negotiating position should Lecce push ahead with a formal offer.
According to Transfermarkt, Yirajang currently has a market value of €1 million.
With talks already taking place between the two clubs, the next few days could prove decisive in determining whether Yirajang makes the step from Slovak football to Serie A.
