Abdoulie Bamba Sanyang is on the brink of a new chapter in his career, with the 26-year-old attacker close to completing a move from Croatian heavyweights Hajduk Split to Belarusian champions Vitebsk.
According to reports, the deal is valued at around €500,000, inclusive of performance-related bonuses, with Hajduk Split also securing a 10% sell-on clause should the player be transferred again in the future. The agreement underlines Vitebsk’s intent to strengthen their squad with proven quality as they look to maintain their domestic dominance and make an impact on the continental stage.
Bamba joined Hajduk Split in the summer of 2024 from French Ligue 2 side Grenoble Foot 38, arriving with high expectations.

During his time in Split, he established himself as a reliable squad member, featuring in 47 matches across all competitions. His contribution included six goals and three assists, often providing energy, pace, and versatility in the attacking third.
While his spell at Hajduk may be coming to an end, Bamba leaves with valuable top-flight experience gained in one of the Balkans’ most competitive leagues.
For Vitebsk, the potential signing represents a statement of ambition—adding a player in his prime years, seasoned by football in France and Croatia.
