Turkish giants Fenerbahce have been offered to sign Malian international and Red Bull Salzburg winger Dorgeles Nene, according to renowned journalist Ekrem Konur.

The Turkish club has just eliminated Feyenoord to advance to the last round of preliminaries of Champions League for a place in the main draw of Europe’s top competition as Jose Mourinho is believed to boost the attacking potential with a help of 22-year-old player.

According to several reports, Fenerbahce’s recruitment team was informed about the player’s availability, but no formal negotiations with club’s representatives have yet taken place.

Previously Nene was linked with AS Roma, but Italian side presumably decided not to go with the official transfer offer.

Nene attracted attention from several European clubs after a highly successful season in Bundesliga, where he scored 13 goals and registered eight assists in 30 matches.

The Malian winger joined Red Bull Salzburg in 2021, before securing a spot in the starting XI he went on loans to FC Liefering, SV Ried and KVC Westerlo.
