Spanish side Cádiz CF has once again loaned out Zambian forward Francisco Mwepu to third-tier outfit Atlético Sanluqueño.

The club confirmed on Saturday that an agreement has been reached between both clubs and the player for a loan deal running until the end of the season.

Speaking exclusively to Footy-Africa, Mwepu expressed his hopes of revitalizing his career at the club.

“I’m familiar with the club. It’s a good environment and I love it here. I hope to recover as soon as possible and get back to my best,” he noted.

The 25-year-old, who suffered an injury late last season, is expected to complete his recovery before returning to action.

Mwepu previously spent the 2023/24 season on loan at Atlético Sanluqueño, where he impressed by scoring nine goals in 34 appearances.
