German Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt have secured the signing of highly rated Ghanaian-born Danish striker Malik Pimpong, continuing the club’s commitment to investing in emerging talent during the summer transfer window.
The 18-year-old forward arrives from Danish outfit FC Midtjylland after agreeing to a long-term deal that will keep him at the Deutsche Bank Park until June 30, 2031. Financial details of the transfer have not been disclosed.
Confirming the move, Eintracht Frankfurt said in an official statement: βEintracht Frankfurt and Danish club FC Midtjylland have agreed terms over the transfer of striker Malik Pimpong. The 18-year-old Dane, who stands at 1.90m, joins the Eagles on a contract until 30 June 2031.β
Pimpong heads to Germany with an impressive reputation built through his performances in Midtjylland’s academy. Over the last two seasons, he established himself as one of the club’s standout youth prospects, featuring regularly for the U-19 side and consistently finding the back of the net.

The towering attacker made 46 appearances across all competitions for the Danish club’s U19 team, including seven outings in the UEFA Youth League. During that period, he produced an outstanding return of 30 goals while also contributing one assist, highlighting his clinical finishing and growing influence in the final third.
His move to Frankfurt represents a significant step in his development, offering the promising forward an opportunity to progress within one of Germany’s most respected talent pathways.
