Ghanaian forward Emmanuel Yeboah is on the verge of joining Swedish side Halmstads BK as he seeks to revive his career following a difficult spell in Denmark. A source close to the player told exclusively for Footy-Africa.com that talks are far advanced, although details of the proposed contract remain undisclosed.
Yeboah, 22, was recently informed by Brondby IF that he had no future at the club. “It will be very difficult for Yeboah to find a place with us in Brondby. I am very open to discussing a change for him,” Brondby sporting director Benjamin Schmedes said on the club’s official podcast.
The former CFR Cluj forward joined Brondby in 2023 but struggled for consistency and spent the latter part of last season on loan at Vejle Boldklub, where he scored just once. He ended the season with three goals and one assist in all competitions.
