According to exclusive information from Africafoot, Omonia Nicosia is close to reaching an agreement with Qarabag for Emmanuel Addai‘s permanent move.

A few weeks ago Qaragag received an initial offer of €1.2 million from Apoel Nicosia for the 24-year-old, but has yet to receive a response. Meanwhile, Omonia Nicosia has also submitted an offer of €1.3 million to Qarabag to convince them to let Addai leave.

According to Africafoot, negotiations are on track, and it is possible that Addai will sign a new three-year contract in the coming days.

Having arrived at Qarabag in 2024, Emmanuel Addai has a contract until June 2026, and a move for this amount should be good for his club. The player’s current market value on Transfermarkt is estimated at €1.2 million.

Last season, the Ghanaian international played 39 matches in all competitions for Qarabag, scoring four goals.
