South African international winger Elias Mokwana could be looking at a move to Saudi Pro League as Al-Hazem F.C. did submit a formal offer for Esperance de Tunis’ player, KickOff confirms.

According to the report, the Saudi club, that got promoted through playoffs from the First Division League last season, are looking to boost their squad ahead of the new campaign in the top-tier league.

Speculations around 25-year-old future began after reports indicating that he is no longer in the coach’s plans and Esperance de Tunis is willing to let Mokwana go.

However, the first Saudi transfer offer for Mokwana was not good enough for Tunisian giants as they require at least $1.14 million (€976.501) for the move to take place.Β

Previously, it has been reported that Dinamo Makhachkala and Pari NN, two Russian clubs, have sent it concrete offers for the Bafana Bafana winger. But neither the player himself, nor his agent are eager to discuss options in Russia.

Mokwana joined Esperance de Tunis in August 2024. Since then he took part in 38 games across domestic and international competitions, registering seven goals and four assists to his name. He also was a part of Esperance’s squad at the Club World Cup.
