Agyemang to stay at Wolfsberger, signs contract extension

Ghanaian midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang extended his contract with Wolfsberger AC until 2029, according to the official statement.

“Congratulations on the contract extension, Emmanuel! We look forward to many more successful years together with you!” club’s announcement says.

A youth product of the Ghanaian club WAFA, Agyemang signed a professional contract with Wolfsberger in the beginning of last year.

“Grateful to Wolfsberger for the trust. Excited to keep growing with this amazing club, and I’m ready to give everything for the badge!” Agyemang said after signing the extension.

Last year, the 21-year-old took part in 32 matches across all domestic competitions, scoring four goals and registering six assits.

In the beginning of the new campaign Agyemang already played seven games, spending 289 minutes on the pitch. 

His current Transfermarkt value is estimated at around €2 million.
