Alasana Manneh considers move away from Hibernian FC

Alasana Manneh could be on the move again as the Gambian midfielder remains open to leaving Scottish Premiership side Hibernian FC amid growing interest from across Europe, Footy-Africa can exclusively confirm.

French Ligue 2 club Clermont Foot, Polish giants Lech Poznaล„ and Mannehโ€™s former side Odense Boldklub are all monitoring the situation, with Hibs understood to have placed a price tag of around โ‚ฌ450,000 on the Scorpions international.

The midfielder has endured a frustrating spell in Edinburgh since joining the club in the summer of 2024. Manneh has featured for just 10 minutes in a single league appearance this season, a stark contrast to his previous career where he enjoyed more consistent game time. In fact, his entire stint at Hibernian has seen him play fewer matches than he managed in a full professional season elsewhere, totaling just nine appearances since his arrival.

Despite the limited opportunities, Manneh remains open to a move away, especially with transfer windows still open in several countries. A return to Odense Boldklub, where he previously impressed, could offer familiarity and regular football, while interest from Clermont Foot and Lech Poznaล„ presents fresh opportunities to revive his career at competitive levels in France and Poland.

With Hibernian willing to listen to offers and the player keen on securing more minutes on the pitch, the coming weeks could prove decisive for Mannehโ€™s future as he looks to get his career back on track and re-establish himself as a key figure for both club and country.
