Gambian midfielder Alieu Jammeh is set to join Libyan Premier League side Al-Hilal Club from fellow Libyan outfit Al-Anwar Club, with the transfer already fully completed and an official announcement expected soon, Footy-Africa can exclusively confirm.
The move will see the former Falcons FC midfielder remain in Libya but join his second club in the country, continuing a career that has already taken him across several footballing environments.
Jammeh previously played in Cyprus and Angola before moving to Libya, gaining valuable experience outside The Gambia and establishing himself as one of the countryβs notable young talents.
Regarded as one of the best young footballers produced by The Gambia over the past decade, Jammeh will now look to build on his experience at Al-Hilal and continue his development in the Libyan top flight.
The transfer marks another step in the career of a player who has represented Gambian football across multiple international leagues and continues to pursue opportunities abroad.
