Austria head into the March international break with games against Ghana and South Korea as they look to build momentum ahead of the World Cup. They have been placed in group J, where they will battle defending champions Argentina, Algeria and Jordan.
Ralf Ragnick’s side received a huge boost earlier in the month when Borussia Dortmund midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka and PSV’s Paul Wanner switched allegiances and were included in the squad.

The Black Stars were absent from the 2025 African Cup of Nations tournament in Morocco, but booked their spot in the upcoming World Cup and will also face Germany on March 30 as they ramp up preparations for the tournament.

Semenyo eyes glory after dream start with Manchester City in Carabao Cup triumph
Manchester City forward Antoine Semenyo has been in superb form for the Premier League side and will be hoping to bring his club form to the national stage and help Ghana secure a favourable result from this encounter.
His pace and dribbling ability will cause enough problems for the Austrian defence, which could serve as a major attacking outlet for his side.
