Nigerian striker Chinonso Emeka strengthens the attacking ranks of Czech side Dukla Prague that avoided relegation from the Czech First League last season, club announces.
The striker with an impressive height of 197 centimeters comes to the new club to bolster its attacking potential. Dukla’s Sports director Martin HaΕ‘ek Emeka’s noted that they have had a very strong interest in his services.Β
“His strength lies in head-to-head battles, we believe that he will also assert himself in our jersey in terms of scoring goals and his overall performance, improving other players around him,β he added.
While Emeka couldn’t be happier moving to a new city.
“Martin and I have been in contact all the time and I have to say he is a great person. Prague is a beautiful, big city and I really enjoy my first days here. I am not a fan of big statements, but I believe that my performances on the field will speak for me . I want to help the team achieve as much success as possible,” Emeka concluded.

The details of Emeka’s new contract have not been revealed. HisΒ Transfermarkt value is at β¬350,000.
Since the 2022-2023 season, Emeka has been playing for TrenΔΓn (Slovakia) after his tenure at KAA Gent (Belgium). In the last three seasons he scored 19 goals in 49 matches.
