The young Ghanaian defensive midfielder Samuel Gidi is awaiting a new turn in his career while negotiations between MSK Zilina and FC Cincinnati are in talks, Africafoot reports.
The North American club has submitted an offer of €2 million to Zilina to secure the services of the 21-year-old. Gidi is expected to sign a 3-year contract.
Meanwhile, Samuel Gidi has already started the new season in the Slovak First Football League for MSK Zilina. Last season, he scored two goals and registered two assists in 27 league games.
Trained at the Zilina Academy, Gidi joined the first team of Zilina in 2022 and has a contract until June, 2027. At the moment, his Transfermarkt value is €1.8 million.
