Ligue 1 side FC Metz are expected to welcome a new central defender in the coming days, as they are about to seal Terry Yegbe‘s transfer, according to Foot Mercato.
It is reported that the 24-year-old will join his new squad int the French league.
The 1.95m tall giant is even undergoing a medical, while an agreement has been reached between the two teams.
Metz will pay €3 million for Yegbe with an additional €1 million in bonuses.

Last year, he participated in Elfsborg’s European adventure, notably against Tottenham, Bilbao, and Nice. This season, he has played 18 Swedish league matches, scoring one goal and providing an assist.
Previously, it was reported that English Championship side Birmingham City FC have submitted their bid worth €3 million to IF Elfsborg for Yegbe, but the deal never went through.
At the international stage, Yegbe made his debut with the Ghana senior national team, Black Stars against Niger in November 2024 during an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier. He has since managed two caps for the Black Stars.
