Gambian forward Ousman Kujabi has completed a permanent transfer from Slovakian side FK Železiarne Podbrezová to Czech second-tier club FK Viktoria Žižkov, Footy-Africa can exclusively report.
The move has been finalized, with the official announcement from the clubs expected in the coming hours, marking a new chapter in the youngster’s career as he continues his development in European football.
Kujabi joined Podbrezová in June 2025 from fellow Slovak club FK Pohronie after impressing with his performances in the country’s lower divisions. During his time at Podbrezová, the former Real de Banjul FC striker made 21 appearances, scoring two goals while gaining valuable experience in the Slovak top flight.
The transfer to FK Viktoria Žižkov presents the Gambian attacker with an opportunity to secure more regular playing time and continue his progression in the Czech Republic. The Prague-based club views Kujabi as an important addition to its attacking options ahead of the new season.
Known for his versatility across the front line, Kujabi will be hoping to make an immediate impact as Viktoria Žižkov aims to strengthen its squad for the upcoming campaign.
