Paris FC vs Rennes Match Preview
Paris FC recorded a shock 1-0 win over title hopefuls AS Monaco last weekend and will look to make it back-to-back wins when they face Rennes. The club gained promotion back into the top-flight after a 46-year absence and have given good access of themselves so far. Rennes, on the other hand, have started the 2025-26 season slowly. The club have suffered the second-lowest number of defeats (2), but are 10th on the standings, just a spot ahead of their next opponents, having won just three times and drawn six of their 11 league games.
Les Rouge et Noirs sent a statement to the league with a 4-1 thrashing of Strasbourg on match-day 10. They will be eyeing consecutive wins for the first time this season, when they take to the field to battle Paris FC.

Recent Form: Paris FC
Paris FC have been relatively inconsistent this season, winning four of their 11 league matches, losing two and losing five times.
Les Bleus have only failed to score once in the league this season, while they have also won two of their five home matches, losing twice and recording one draw.
Recent Form: Rennes
Rennes have only lost one of their last nine league matches, but they also recorded just two victories in that run. They have recorded just a single clean sheet this season – a goalless draw against Lens in September.
Les Rouge et Noirs have recorded draws in their last four away matches, which has also seen both teams get on the scoresheet.
Player to Watch: Moses Simon (Paris FC)
Nigerian attacker Moses Simon continued his brilliant form for the Paris-based club with the only goal in the 1-0 win over Monaco.
The 30-year-old already has five goal contributions this season, and his brilliant crossing technique and runs into the box will be a major form of threat against Rennes.
