Emmanuel Yeboah has completed a free transfer to Romanian side CS Corvinul Hunedoara, with Brøndby IF securing a 40 per cent sell-on clause as part of the agreement, a source at ArthurAgency has told Footy-Africa.
The source revealed that the Danish club agreed to let the Ghanaian striker leave without receiving an upfront transfer fee but negotiated the clause to ensure it benefits from any future sale should Corvinul Hunedoara transfer the player later.
Yeboah has signed a two-year contract with the Romanian club as he looks to revive his career after a difficult spell in Denmark.
The 23-year-old returns to Romanian football two years after leaving CFR Cluj for Brøndby in the summer of 2023 in a transfer worth around 2 million.

Despite arriving with high expectations, Yeboah found opportunities limited at Brøndby, making just 10 appearances for the Danish Superliga side.
He spent time on loan at Vejle Boldklub before joining Swedish outfit Halmstads BK for the 2025/26 campaign in search of regular first-team football.
Following his return to Brøndby this summer, all parties agreed that a permanent move away was the best solution, paving the way for his return to Romanian football.
Yeboah will now hope to rediscover the form that made him one of Romania’s brightest young forwards during his time at CFR Cluj, while Brøndby will retain a financial interest in his future.
