Douglas Owusu‘s move to Hapoel Tel Aviv is set to reward both the Ghanaian winger and his former club, Radnik Surdulica, with key financial details now emerging, Footy-Africa can exclusively reveal.
Sources close to the player say Owusu will earn more than €25,000 per month after signing a four-year contract with the Israeli club following his €2.2 million transfer from Red Star Belgrade.
The 20-year-old successfully completed his medical on Wednesday before being unveiled by Hapoel Tel Aviv, where he is expected to play a key role in the club’s attacking plans.
Footy-Africa also understands that Radnik Surdulica will receive a financial boost from the deal after negotiating a 15 per cent sell-on clause when they sold Owusu to Red Star for €2.7 million in January 2026.
