Nigerian international forward Emmanuel Dennis could finally land a new home, following his exit from Premier League side Nottingham Forest, as formal interest from Turkish Super League outfit Antalyaspor has been registered, Footy-Africa can exclusively confirm.

The Turkish club have made their desire known and inquired about the player’s situation with his representatives at HCM Sports Management. The latter have given the green light to Antalyaspor to talk to Dennis directly.

A source at HCM Sports Management, has exclusively told Footy-Africa that Antalyaspor have made their intentions clear and that negotiations are progressing positively. The club intends to sign the 27-year-old on a two-year contract.

β€œThe representatives have been alerted by Antalyaspor on their desire to sign Emmanuel Dennis, and they have permitted direct talks. The negotiations are going to plan, and as things stand, he could join them before next week. He is set to earn hefty sums as bonuses, as he is a free agent. Meanwhile, the representatives have also been alerted of interest from Celtic and Cluj, but the two have yet to make it formal,” the source explained.

Scottish giants Celtic and Romanian outfit CFR Cluj are also strongly interested in securing the services of the Super Eagles striker, adding further intrigue to his next move.

Dennis played just 25 matches for Nottingham Forest since joining from Watford in the 2022–23 season, with loan spells at Blackburn Rovers, Istanbul Basaksehir, and Watford. He previously featured for Koln, Club Brugge, and Zorya Luhansk. At Blackburn last season, he made just seven appearances across all competitions.

With Nigeria’s senior national team, Dennis has earned eight caps since his debut in 2019, scoring one goal for the Super Eagles. His current Transfermarkt valuation is estimated at €2.5 million.
