Arsenal vs Man United match preview
Arsenal extended their lead at the top of the league standings to seven points over second-placed Manchester City following their goalless draw at Nottingham Forest in their last outing. It was their second consecutive scoreless draw in the league, although it had little effect on their lead at the top as the chasing pack all dropped points in both matches.
The Gunners have won 15 of their 22 matches and have only lost twice this season. They have also scored the second most goals and have the best defence with 14 goals conceded.

Manchester United, meanwhile, recorded an impressive 2-0 win over Manchester City in their last outing, in caretaker manager Michael Carrick’s first game at the dugout since rejoining the club. The former Middlesbrough manager had replaced Ruben Amorim at the club, following the Portuguese’s dismissal earlier in the month.
The Red Devils are now up to fifth on the table with 35 points and are just one point behind fourth-placed Liverpool.
