Alemannia Aachen completed a late move in the transfer window by signing defender Gideon Jung from Turkish side Kayserispor.

The 31-year-old German-Ghanaian centre-back has agreed a deal that runs until 30 June 2026, marking his return to German football after a spell in the Süper Lig.

Aachen, who have struggled for consistency in the 3. Liga this season, see Jung’s arrival as a key addition to shore up their defence with experience.

The transfer has been confirmed by the club, although final registration is still subject to administrative clearance from FIFA.
