“Victor’s career has been nothing short of extraordinary. From his early days to conquering Europe with Celtic and the Premier League, he showed the world what Kenyan talent is capable of. That goal against Barcelona wasn’t just his moment, it was a moment for an entire nation,” Mariga said as he exclusively spoke to Footy-Africa.
“What stands out most about Victor is his resilience and humility. He carried the hopes of many young players and never shied away from responsibility. His leadership with Harambee Stars and his success abroad opened doors and gave belief to so many.”
