FK Sarajevo winger Momodou Jatta has emerged as a hot late-window transfer target, with sources confirming interest from CF Montréal (MLS), Al Qadsiah (Saudi Arabia), CD Ibiza (Spain), and two unnamed Russian clubs, Footy-Africa can exclusively confirm.

The 19-year-old Gambian talent has been on the radar of multiple clubs in recent weeks, following a string of impressive performances for the Bosnian outfit.

Interest in Jatta intensified after FK Sarajevo rejected a double offer from Romanian side CS Universitatea Craiova earlier in the summer. The club has maintained a firm stance on the player’s valuation, turning down proposals that have not met their financial expectations.

FK Sarajevo reject CS Universitatea Craiova’s offer for Momodou Jatta

According to Footy-Africa’s exclusive information, on deadline day, FK Sarajevo rebuffed a concrete offer believed to be a loan deal worth €200,000, with an obligation to buy set at €1.5 million. The Bosnian club, however, is reportedly holding out for a more lucrative package—demanding a €700,000 loan fee and a total transfer value of €2.5 million.

Despite the closure of many European transfer windows, opportunities remain for Jatta to make a move this summer. The transfer markets in Saudi Arabia and Russia are still open, and interest from Al Qadsiah and the two unnamed Russian sides keeps the possibility of a late transfer alive. However, it remains unclear whether any of those clubs will meet FK Sarajevo’s asking price before their respective windows close.

Jatta’s profile continues to rise, and with several clubs tracking his development, it may only be a matter of time before the young midfielder makes a high-profile move. For now, FK Sarajevo appear determined to hold onto one of their prized assets—unless a club is willing to meet their valuation.
