Galatasaray have reached an agreement with Club Brugge to sign Nigeria midfielder Raphael Onyedika, according to Africafoot.
The 24-year-old is expected to join the Turkish giants this winter on a four-year deal, with the option of a further 12 months.
Onyedika has been a standout performer for the Super Eagles during their run to the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations semi-finals, notably netting twice in the group stages.
It is understood the deal will see the Imo-born midfielder earn an annual salary in the region of €1m (£835,000) as he prepares to swap Belgium for Istanbul.
Rising Star
Onyedika’s move follows a string of dominant displays in the Belgian Pro League and on the continental stage.
The defensive midfielder, valued at roughly €20m, has already made 24 appearances for Club Brugge this season, chipping in with two goals.
His ability to break up play and drive forward has made him a primary target for Galatasaray boss Okan Buruk.

View from Istanbul
Galatasaray have been long-term admirers of the Nigerian, and while a move was reportedly blocked by Brugge last summer, the Turkish side have finally made their breakthrough.
If the transfer is finalised, Onyedika will join international teammate Victor Osimhen at the Rams Park, bolstering a midfield that is currently competing for the Süper Lig title.
Midfield reinforcement
The move represents a significant statement of intent from the Istanbul club as they look to tighten their grip on the domestic title race.
Should the deal go through as expected this month, Onyedika is likely to be registered in time for the knockout stages of European competition, providing much-needed energy and tactical discipline to the Gala engine room.
