Zambian striker Eliya Mandanji has left the country for Denmark, where he will undergo assessments ahead of a potential move to Midtjylland, Footy-Africa can exclusively confirm.
Mandanji has been in fine form this season in the MTN Super League for Zanaco FC, scoring 10 goals in 26 appearances.
The 18-year-old departed Lusaka on Friday and is set to spend time in Denmark training and being assessed by Midtjylland.
The evaluation period is expected to last three weeks, with a possible transfer decision likely to be made later in June.
Mandanji missed Zanaco’s ABSA Cup quarter-final clash against Chirundu United on Saturday, a match they lost 1-0 to exit the competition.
