New England Revolution vs Toronto FC match preview
New England Revolution return to action as they look to continue their path towards qualifying for the playoffs with a clash against Toronto FC. The Revs suffered a 1-0 loss to Charlotte in their final game before the break in May and will be looking to bounce back to winning ways this time around.
They are currently fourth on the Eastern Conference standings with 25 points from their opening 14 matches of the season. The former Supporters’ Shield winners have won eight games this season, recorded one draw and suffered five defeats.
Toronto FC, on the other hand, currently occupy a spot outside of the playoffs and will be hoping for a win to move higher in the standings. They have only won three games all season and are without a win since matchday six, leaving them in 11th place on the standings.
The Reds have also drawn six times and suffered six defeats as well, although they have scored the same number of goals as New England Revolution (22), despite their difficult start to the season.

His work rate and ability to break up opposition attacks will be very crucial to his side’s chances of securing a favourable outcome from this clash.
