Ghanaian goalkeeper Razak Abalora signed a contract with Kazakhstani side FK Zhenis Astana, GHANAsoccernet reports.

The 28-year-old player looks to revive his chances for a national team selection with a new boost in his club career after leaving AF Elbasani (Albania) and joining his new team on a free transfer.

His current Transfermarkt value is estimated at around €150.000.

Last season, Abalora played 30 matches across all Albanian domestic competitions, conceding 33 goals and registering 11 clean sheets to his name.

Inspite of a quite successful season, he decided to part ways with AF Elbasani due to mutual internal disagreements.

Last year, FK Zhenis Astana finished 10th in the Kazakhstan Premier League.
