Samuel Chukwueze (£150,000 per week)
Samuel Chukwueze earns a whooping £150,000 per week, making him the highest earning Nigerian footballer in the English Premier League. The forward completed a dream move to join Fulham on an initial loan deal in the summer from AC Milan, significantly increasing his earnings from £85,000.
The Super Eagles winger earns a basic salary of £120,000 and an additional £30,000 in bonuses, taking his total annual earnings to about £7.8 million. He is also the second-highest earner at the Cottagers, behind goalkeeper Bernd Leno.
Arokodare, Chukwueze and three other Nigerians to follow in 2025/26 EPL season
Alex Iwobi (£100,000 per week)
Closely following his Fulham teammate, Alex Iwobi takes home a basic salary of £80,000 and an additional £20,000 in bonuses, amounting to £100,000 per week and £5.2 million annually.
The Super Eagles playmaker has developed into one of the Cottagers’ best performers, and his impressive displays could earn him an increase in the coming months.

Tolu Arokodare (£93,750 per week)
Tolu Arokodare was one of the three Nigerian stars, alongside Christantus Uche and Samuel Chukwueze, to make the jump to the English Premier League in the summer transfer window, when he joined Wolves for a fee of around £24 million.
The 24-year-old received a significant increase in earnings following his move, moving him into the third spot on this list.
Arokodare earns a total £93,750 per week at the English club, with a basic salary of £75,000 and another £18,750 in bonuses, amounting to around £4.9 million per year.
Ola Aina (£75,000 per week)
Nottingham Forest right-back Ola Aina penned a new three-year deal at the club at the end of the 2024-25 season, a deal that also came with an increase in his earnings.
The Nigerian defender’s previous contract was due to expire at the end of the season, and his impressive performances at the club caught the eye of several top European clubs.
However, he opted for a stay at the club and currently earns about £75,000 including bonuses, amounting to about £3.9 million per year.
Taiwo Awoniyi (£62,500 per week)
Nigerian forward Taiwo Awoniyi rounds off this list with a weekly take home amount of £62,500 at English side Nottingham Forest.
The striker earns a basic salary of £50,000 and an extra £12,500 in bonuses, amounting to around £3.25 million annually.
The 28-year-old joined the Tricky Trees in 2022 and will be eyeing a return to top form this season after enduring several injury-hit campaigns.
