Three clubs from Belgium are in pursuit to sign Ghanaian youngster Ezekiel Alladoh from Swedish top-tier outfit Brommapojkarna, according to Sportbladet report.
Last week, Leicester City made a move to sign the 19-year-old, but that talks broke down before progressing to the negotiation stage.
“There are clubs from Belgium that have contacted me, I can’t say anything more”, Brommapojkarna sports director Philip Berglund confirmed.
Ezekiel Alladoh signed for Brommapojkarna at the end of January this year and has scored five goals in 19 games since joining from Ghanaian side Accra Lions.
He has been rumored to be on his way to a number of foreign clubs, with an unnamed MLS club bidding for the Ghanaian striker.
According to Sportbladet, three Belgian clubs are now after the striker. These are Club Brugge, Cercle Brugge and Westerlo, all of whom are said to be prepared to bid within the next week.
Offers are expected to come in for the player in the very near future, and it remains to be seen whether they are so high that Brommapojkarna will accept.
Alladoh’s Transfermarkt value is estimated at around β¬1.2 million.
With this fast-growing upward trajectory, Alladohβs rise to Ghanaβs senior national team, the Black Stars, seems more of a case of when than if. At the moment, he has yet to complete a cap in the coveted shirt.
