Ivory Coast youngster Bazoumana Toure has been at the centre of growing transfer speculation ahead of the summer transfer window, with several top European clubs monitoring his progress after a standout season in the German Bundesliga.

The 20-year-old only joined Hoffenheim last summer after impressing at Swedish side Hammarby IF and has enjoyed a remarkable campaign so far. He has already become a mainstay in the team, as they are currently pushing to qualify for the UEFA Champions League for the first time since the 2018-19 season.

The young forward also ranks among the Bundesliga’a top assist providers this season and impressed on the international stage with Ivory Coast, scoring two goals at the 2025 African Cup of Nations tournament in Morocco.

Despite still being under contract, a summer exit looks increasingly likely and could happen if Hoffenheim’s valuation is met, with the German club reportedly hoping for a club-record fee, which surpasses the €43.5 million fee Newcastle United paid for Joelinton in 2019.

Here are four clubs the winger could join if he eventually leaves this summer.

Liverpool (England)

Premier League champions Liverpool have emerged as a top contender to sign Bazoumana Toure as they aim to strengthen their attack ahead of the summer transfer window.

The Reds are searching for a suitable replacement for Mohamed Salah, who is expected to leave the club at the end of the season.

Meanwhile, an injury suffered by Hugo Ekitike could rule him out for several months and would leave Liverpool depleted in attack ahead of the upcoming campaign, sparking their recent interest in Toure.

Manchester United (England)

Three-time European champions Manchester United are also interested in acquiring the services of Bazoumana Toure in the summer, particularly as they seek reinforcements in the left-wing position.

The Red Devils are preparing for a major squad overhaul during the summer transfer window and view the highly rated youngster as one of the key pieces in their long-term plan.

AC Milan (Italy)

Italian heavyweights AC Milan are long term admirers and could also swoop in for Bazoumana Toure in the summer, as they look to strengthen their squad as they prepare for a possible return to the Champions League next season.

There is also uncertainty surrounding the future of Portuguese winger Rafael Leao, which could free up space and provide funds needed to facilitate a deal.
