Nigerian international Samuel Chukwueze, who travelled to London prior to the summer transfer deadline, is about to pen a new contract.
According to Matteo Moretto, Fulham representatives finished working on all the necessary details with their counterparts from AC Milan.
“Samuel Chukwueze to Fulham, the final details have been finalized, and the deal is complete. Signatures are forthcoming,” he wrote on X.
The final deal will be a loan with an option to buy for €30 million. That comes after the 26-year-old had successfully passed medical in the UK.

At the same time, Fabrizio Romano also approved the report, adding that Chukwueze was already at Fulham training ground after medical already done.
Chukwueze joined Milan from Spanish side Villarreal ahead of the 2023/24 season. Last season, he registered 26 appearances in all competitions, scoring just three goals and providing two assists.
His current Transfermarkt value is estimated at €10 million.
Last week, it was believed that Atalanta could be Chukwueze’s next destination. The Bergamo club has contacted AC Milan management in an attempt to sign the Nigerian.
However, the deal never went through as Atalanta’s management was trying to offer €12 million to AC Milan for Chukwueze’s permanent move.
