Ghanaian native and forward Moses Gyabaah Twum has reached an agreement to join Jordan top-flight side Al-Jazeera Club with the latter scheduling his medical for Thursday, Footy-Africa can exclusively confirm.

Twum, who is currently a free agent, after the expiry of his contract with Nepalese top side Church Boys FC last year, will sign a three-year contract at Al-Jazeera after his medical tests.

A source at his agency Xplosion Sports Management, has disclosed that the player, who has flown to Jordan, will smile to the bank with €101,000 as sign-on bonuses and a monthly salary of €6,200. The club has also set his unveiling to take center stage before the end of the week.

β€œAl-Jazeera have won the race for Moses (Gyabaah Twum), and he will sign his contract tomorrow immediately after his medical tests, it’s now a done deal. Al-Jazeera have given him €101,000 as sign-on bonuses and €6,200 as salary. He’ll be back playing after a while after that bad injury. He wants to play a really important role at the club, and he’s fully determined,” the source exclusively intimated to Footy-Africa.

At Church Boys FC before his exit, he had played 11 matches across all competitions, scoring five times and assisting on two occasions. His versatility, pace and technical ability have always stood out despite numerous injury layoffs. In the past, he played for Citizen AA Football Club in Hong Kong.

Meanwhile, at the international stage, the 22-year-old has to make a single appearance with Ghana’s senior national team, The Black Stars, despite previously playing for the U17 team, The Black Starlets.
