Super Eagles defender Olisa Ndah is attracting interest from South African giants Mamelodi Sundowns, although no decision has been made regarding his future according to his agent, Mike Makaab during an exclusive interview with Footy-Africa.
Ndah has been a free agent since his contract expired at Stellenbosch at the end of the 2025-26 South African Premiership season.
The 28-year-old joined Stellenbosch earlier this year after mutually terminating his contract with Orlando Pirates in a bid to secure regular playing time and revive his career following a series of injury setbacks.
Despite arriving midway through the campaign, the Nigerian centre-back made seven league appearances and helped them finish ninth in the league. However, his short-term deal expired at the end of the season, leaving him available on the transfer market.
Since becoming a free agent, Ndah has been linked with a move to CAF Champions League winners Mamelodi Sundowns, who are looking to strengthen their defensive options ahead of the new campaign.

Speaking exclusively to Footy-Africa, Makaab acknowledged that there is genuine interest in his client but insisted that nothing has progressed beyond that stage.
“There is interest, but nothing concrete,” Makaab exclusively told Footy-Africa.
Ndah’s wealth of experience in South African football is believed to be one of the key reasons behind Sundowns’ interest. Having spent several years in the PSL, the defender would require little time to adapt to the club’s style and demands.
Should the move materialize, Ndah would become the latest Nigerian player to represent Mamelodi Sundowns, marking the next chapter in his career with one of Africa’s biggest clubs.
